Our unique stunt pit design gives the user an option of a soft landing or a firm landing, by reversing the foam inside the cover. In firm landing mode the cover's zipper can be used as an adjustable air baffle for cushioning adjustment (much like an air bag).
We classify our pads as "stunt grade", using a higher quality foam* designed to cushion better and be a more durable quality than gymnastics grade.
The vinyl and mesh are made of a higher quality, fire resistant material that will resist wear much better than standard pads. The seams and handles have been re-enforced making our comfort grip handles pull-out resistant.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
This product should only be used by qualified individuals, with a professional stunt background.
Any activity involving falling onto pads may lead to serious injury or death. Due to liability, Action Factory suggested use of stunt pits is not beyond nine feet for an average person weighing 170 pounds landing in a correct position. Every situation is unique and Action Factory makes no warranty or guarantee.
When pad is used in firm mode, great care must be taken to ensure no injuries occur due to harder landing.
Each situation should tested in a progressive, controlled manner to ensure that setup is correct for each individual's tolerance before full active use occurs.
Stunt Pits should not be exposed to direct flame or intense heat, due to risk of fire and or damage to stunt pit.
If Stunt Pit is exposed to direct sunlight for long periods vinyl can become hot and risk of burns may result to user.
