SHIPPING INFORMATION

At Maven Products LLC / Action Factory LLC we do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible. When items are in stock they usually will ship within 1 to 2 business days. If you need items shipped same day or need to know the exact timeline for your order, please contact us directly at 877-STUNT4U (877-788-6848) and we will be glad to assist you.

AF Pro Store offers shipping via FedEx®, UPS®, DHL®and the US Postal Service. Tracking numbers are available with all services helping you to track the progress of your shipment.

Action Factory Stunt Pits, Crash Mats and Foam require Freight Shipping. PLEASE NOTE, DELIVERY PARCELS VIA FREIGHT MUST BE INSPECTED IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT. ANY DAMAGE MUST BE NOTED ON THE BILL OF LADING PRIOR TO SIGNATURE OF ACCEPTANCE. If damages are found after signing for the equipment delivery, repair costs will be at the expense of the purchaser.
 - We have no control of shipping companies fees or delivery schedules.
Freight companies may add a REDELIVERY FEE if nobody is at the delivery address to receive. Additionally, Freight companies do charge to use a lift gate or to bring your freight inside. Please be aware that you will be responsible for these fees unless you previously requested and paid for them when getting your initial Freight quote.

International Shippers: DHL® is the recommended International shipping method. USPS / local carrier is not a guaranteed method and if chosen, Action Factory / Maven Products is not liable for any lost, returned, or damaged shipments. While estimated Duties & Taxes are included in your AF Pro Store shipping total, customs could assess and charge additional fees prior to delivery which may require hiring a customs broker. It is understood with completed purchase that shipments refused by Customer will not receive reimbursement of any shipping, duties or taxes paid.

DHL and UPS have added a new economy shipping service for your non-urgent shipping needs. The carrier(s) UPS or DHL will make the pickup and USPS (United States Postal Service) makes the final delivery 7-days a week (Sunday delivery only available in select areas). Delivery date will not be provided until USPS (United States Postal Services) receives the package.
